Late cancellations or No-Show Fee
We value punctuality for scheduled appointments. To inform us about late arrivals, kindly send an email to info@bestherapy.ng . Our appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, hence a full 24-hour notice is necessary if you wish to cancel any session. Failure to give adequate notification will incur the obligation of paying the complete fees for missed or cancelled sessions without prior notice.

If you apply for a refund on an unused session, a 10% processing fee will be deducted. Furthermore, if you benefited from discounts due to multiple sessions but only used some of them, the reduced prices won’t be valid anymore.
